He enjoys seeing a direct link to a positive outcome with the work of his team. He leverages business analytics and data science to help improve efficiency at State Farm.

Mr. Laube, while our "long-distance" mentoring is unique, I appreciate the effort you put in to help me learn more about data science. I am so grateful to have met you at the Data Science Meetup and I enjoyed hearing your thoughts and advice throughout my ISM experience. Thank you for everything!
